Q. How do I upload my photo's?

A. It's easy just click the upload button, scroll through your photo album, instagram, select the photo's you want and upload. You can also check out the video on the home page to see a step by step on how to upload your photo's.

Q. How big are the custom photo magnets?

A. They are 2 inches by 2 inches.

Q. Do you offer other sizes?

A. We currently only offer the 2"x 2".

Q: How long does shipping take?

A: That depends on where you live but should arrive within a week after your order is fully processed. Once you purchase your custom photo magnets it will give you an estimated delivery date.

Q: How do I track my order?

A: Once you place your order you will receive tracking information. 

Q: What is your return policy?

A: If you receive your order with any errors, or defects please reach out to us within 2 weeks of order date. We take pride in the quality of our work and want to make sure you are satisfied with your order. 

Q: What materials are used to make the custom photo magnets?

A: High quality mylar, acrylic backing, metal outer shell, and rubber magnet.
